Today's post is actually pretty different, and visiting my blog is all about happiness so, today I am gonna help some of the sprinklets aka my viewers :)
Now I know that we all are human beings, we all make mistakes and sometimes those mistakes put up a big effect on our lives,we all learn,we aren't "perfect" and there's nothing wrong with that.That's just how we are :)
If your feeling down maybe of someone or something.I have a few ideas that might just help! These are completely my own :D
1. Forget about it
I know that this is not as easy it sounds cuz IT IS STUCK IN YOUR HEAD. But try to think about something your looking forward about. Whether its visiting a party,going to the mall and maybe even starting a blog ;) (wink,wink)
2. Find something to do
If you don't have anything in specific well, now is the perfect time to discover! So, basically explore.Try out new things, it will take time so don't get frustrated.Relax and take your time.Maybe even start a new video game? #ME #LOL
And if you already have a hobbie, I say go for it GURL #yas
3.Talk to someone
I know this kinda sounds dumb cuz I just said to 'forget about it '.Well, sometimes it doesn't really work so talking it out to someone is a MUST.
4. Go outside
Trust me guyz, you need to do this. Just go outside, it doesn't really matter which place it can be going on hiking, jogging or if not that even a walk will DO!
And make sure to take something with you, so that you constantly don't think for the reason why you're sad. Try going to a place with more colors it naturally just makes you happy :)
Since I was 6, every time I felt upset I used to go to my terrace for an hour or more just talking to myself,going round in circles and sometimes I even used to ride my cycle..
5. Try to find a solution
This depends on what it actually is, so if its a problem and you can't get over it, try finding a solution and try looking at the positive side.
6. Be Logical
In the end, being sad is definitely not going to make anything better, it isn't worth it.You have this wonderful life and some people out there are wishing to have one life like you! Cherish it and make very minute count!
Being from sad to happy actually makes a DIFFERENCE! It's almost like a fresh start out :)
